There are so many potions and products that claim to flush Delta 8 and Delta 9 THC from your system. Many blogs tout the use of teas, apple cider vinegar or cranberry juice to help your body detox. Probably the best way to flush your system is by simply loading up on water.
There are so many variables that affect how long Delta 8 stays in urine. So, it is very hard to know for sure if you will be ready for a drug test. We suggest being upfront with whoever is testing you so that they are aware you use a legal form of THC. If you know you will be drug tested, you should consider avoiding Delta 8 for at least one month prior to a drug test. There isn’t a magical cure to detoxing from THC. Drink plenty of water and electrolytes to help your body flush out and dilute the Delta 8 naturally. Otherwise, time is your friend.
