The expected delivery time for domestic orders will vary depending on location of where the package is being sent but will be received between 5-10 business days. You will receive an email with a confirmation on when your item has been shipped. Click here to read our entire shipping policy.
Customers are not required to register to order Mystic Labs™ products. The only required information to place an order is your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Your email address will only be used to send order and shipping confirmations.
All information that is entered is the sole ownership of Mystic Labs, and will not be sold or distributed, and is only used to process orders and to follow up with customers.
Customers acknowledge that follow up phone calls can be made by company or third-party representatives, as well as an automated service.

When you place an order, we will request certain details so that we may process your order quickly and efficiently. In addition to your name, address, email address, and phone number, we will also need your payment information, such as a credit card or debit card number. Your contact details will only be used in case there is a problem with your order or if any other important information that we need to relay to you comes up.

In the event that Mystic Labs or its parent companies are sold or acquired by an outside organization, personal information may go along with the asset transfer.
